Orders and Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and typically take 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Most orders are shipped in a single package. In rare cases, items may arrive separately depending on availability or logistics.
Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
Applicable taxes are included in the product price unless stated otherwise at checkout.
No. Theoroma does not store your credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank details. All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be modified.
You can create an account by clicking on the Sign Up / Create Account option on our website and entering your email address and basic details.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept physical returns. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for complete details regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
At the moment, we do not support pre-orders. Please sign up for notifications or follow us for restock updates.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12–24 hours of placement, or before dispatch—whichever comes first.

Since we do not accept returns, you do not need to mail products back unless explicitly instructed by our support team after approval.
If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos or videos of the product and packaging. Our team will assist you promptly.
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear images. We’ll arrange an exchange after verification.
